I'm very happy to see this back on the website! Besides the Total Classics Mods from 1968, 1974, 1978 & 1984 and the softball Total Conversion Mod, we need to keep adding more stuff onto this website that's currently not present and I'll be patient as that happens! -

This file updates your MLB Schedule to the 2025 schedule. (It does not effect Minor League Schedules.) Installation Instructions 1. Backup your original schedule.big file in Program Files/MVP Baseball 2005/data/database folder. 2. Copy the schedule.big file you just downloaded to your Program Files/MVP Baseball 2005/data/database folder. 3. Confirm replace. 4. The 2025 MLB Schedule should be loaded into MVP. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Additional Instructions To change the year to 2025, rather than the default 2005, use tywiggins' Schedule Updater/Year Changer! 1. When you get to the team select screen, ALT-TAB out of MVP. 2. Load Schedule Updater. 3. Select option 1 and change the year to 2025 and choose if you want players' ages to change. 4. Select option 3, and choose "7" to set the schedule to start on March 25. 5. ALT-TAB back into MVP and continue as usual. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If there are instances of game times still being "TBA," I just estimated, hope that's OK. DEFENSIVE RATING CALCULATOR README ---------------------------------- This program calculates a player's fielding, range, throwing strength, and accuracy. All you need to do is fill in the necessary statistics, and the program will calculate the player's ratings, specifically for MVP Baseball 2005. The calculator will also estimate the innings played, if the user does not input inning data. This is useful for when calculating minor leaguers, as finding innings played data is just about impossible. ==The Import/Export Feature== Included in the .7z file is a sample inputFielding.csv file. DO NOT RENAME OR EDIT THE FIRST ROW. Just enter the statistics under each corresponding column: Name,Level,Position,GP,PO,A,E,Innings. You can use Excel or many other spreadsheet programs, or use notepad and seperate each stat by a comma (,), to enter your stats. If a fielder's innings played is unavailable just enter 0. Use this program to determine a pitcher’s ratings. Explanation Don’t randomize pitch data: If you know what types of pitches a pitcher throws, check this checkbox. Unchecking this checkbox will randomize the pitches and their velocities. Estimate pitch velocity: If this checkbox is checked, the calculator will attempt to estimate the pitcher’s pitch velocity for each pitch. Position: Choose the pitcher’s position: Starting Pitcher, Relief Pitcher, or Spot‐Starter. Level: Choose the level the pitcher pitches at: MLB, AAA, AA, or A. Stamina Type: Choose the type of stamina formula used: The default formula EA Sports used, or a more accurate formula. The Accurate formula prevents pitchers from pitching too many innings, (example: 71GP/0GS/0CG/71.2IP = 14 Stamina rating). Note: The Accurate formula is the same for every level! Statistics: Enter the pitcher’s pitching statistics in the corresponding field. GP: Games GS: Games started CG: Complete Games IP: Innings Pitched HR: Homeruns given up.
